Welcome to Medyaf · مضياف. By using the platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the app or website, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account on Medyaf. By using the platform, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority.
3. Account and security
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and password confidential.
- All activities under your account are your responsibility.
- Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
When using the platform, you agree NOT to:
- Send messages to people who have not consented to receive invitations from you (spam).
- Send offensive, violent, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content.
- Attempt to hack the platform or misuse any feature.
- Use the platform for commercial purposes without a prior agreement with us.
- Impersonate any other person or entity.
5. Your content
You own the content you submit (invitation images, guest names, message text). You grant us a limited license to use this content for the sole purpose of operating the service (displaying invitations to your guests, data storage, backups).
6. Packages and payments
- Services are offered through packages with prices defined in-app.
- All payments are processed via a secure payment provider (Moyasar).
- Packages are non-refundable after first use (first invitation sent from the package).
- Unused guest slots are non-refundable and non-transferable to another occasion.
7. WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business
Medyaf uses Meta's WhatsApp Business API to send invitations. By using the platform, you also agree to WhatsApp and Meta's terms. Please ensure you have the right to send invitations to the guests you add.
8. Availability and maintenance
We strive to provide continuous service, but planned maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur. We will do our best to announce scheduled maintenance in advance.
9. Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without explicit warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, except as required by law.
10. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, or if we receive complaints from other users about your use of the platform.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh.
